WhatsApp CRM Pricing in India (2026): What You Actually Pay
The plan price on a vendor's website is almost never your bill. Three things decide the real number: the platform fee, how many agent seats it includes, and whether the chatbot is an add-on. The message charges — the biggest line for most businesses — are Meta's, and they are the same on every official platform.
Below is what AiSensy, Interakt, Gallabox, WATI and ZupiChat cost for the same five-person team, with every figure taken from the vendor's own pricing page and linked.
First, the part most comparisons get wrong
Your per-message charge is set by Meta, not by the platform you choose. For users in India, from 1 October 2026, these are the rates every official provider passes on. A platform can only make this line bigger, by adding its own markup — never smaller.
So the only honest question about message cost is: does this provider charge me Meta's rate, or Meta's rate plus a markup? Ask it in writing. ZupiChat bills Meta's rate with no markup, which is why the message column below is identical for every tool.
The same team, priced five ways
A five-person sales team, 5,000 marketing messages a month, and a chatbot to answer the first question automatically. That is a normal month for a growing Indian business, and it is where the gap between tools shows up.
| Tool & plan | Agent seats | Chatbot | Platform fee | Messages (Meta) | Monthly total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ZupiChatOur product Enterprise | Unlimited team members | Included | ₹2,499 | ₹5,450 | ₹7,949 |
| Interakt Sales CRM (India) | 5 sales agents (extra ₹499/agent) | Chatflows in plan | ₹2,499 | ₹5,450 | ₹7,949 |
| AiSensy Basic + Chatbot add-on | 1 owner + 5 agents (extra ₹750/seat) | Paid add-on ₹2,500/mo | ₹1,500 + ₹2,500 chatbot |
₹5,450 | ₹9,450 |
| AiSensy Pro + Chatbot add-on | 1 owner + 5 agents (extra ₹750/seat) | Paid add-on ₹2,500/mo | ₹3,200 + ₹2,500 chatbot |
₹5,450 | ₹11,150 |
| Gallabox Essential (billed quarterly) | 6 users (extra ₹1,200/user) | Included | ₹6,999 | ₹5,450 | ₹12,449 |
WATI is missing from the table on purpose. Its public pricing page does not publish a flat monthly rupee price for the Growth, Pro and Business plans — the amounts are rendered in the visitor's own currency — so there is no figure we can quote and stand behind. What the page does state: Growth includes 3 users with no option to add more, Pro includes 5 users with additional users at $24 per user per month, Business includes 5 users with additional users at $69 per user per month, and India has a one-time ₹999 pay-as-you-go plan that returns ₹999 in message credits, valid for three months. Check WATI's pricing page for the rupee amount it shows you.
Gallabox's Basic plan is ₹2,999 a month billed quarterly, but it is capped at 3 users, so a five-person team has to move to Essential. Prices fall to ₹2,399 and ₹5,599 on annual billing. AiSensy's Pro plan adds campaign scheduling, click tracking and budget analytics over Basic; both need the ₹2,500 chatbot add-on for flows, and its AI agent is a further ₹1,350 a month.

Five questions that decide your real bill
Ask every vendor the same five, in writing, before you pay. The answers move the number far more than the headline plan price does.
- Do you add a markup on Meta's per-message rate? This is usually the largest line on the bill, so a small markup costs more than a cheaper plan saves.
- How many agent seats are included, and what does the next one cost? Seat pricing ranges from ₹499 to ₹750 a month per person among the tools above, and one plan does not allow extra users at all.
- Is the chatbot builder in the plan or an add-on? A chatbot add-on can cost more than the plan itself.
- Is billing monthly, quarterly or annual? Some advertised rates are only available if you pay three months or a year up front.
- Are you on the official WhatsApp Cloud API? Tools that automate the ordinary WhatsApp app can get your number banned. Ask for the provider's Meta Business Manager ID.
Common questions
Do WhatsApp message charges differ between AiSensy, WATI, Interakt, Gallabox and ZupiChat?
The underlying charge is Meta's, not the platform's, so it is the same everywhere: for Indian users from 1 October 2026 a marketing message is ₹1.09 and utility, authentication and service messages are ₹0.145 each, with the first 1,000 service messages free per WhatsApp number per month. What can differ is whether a provider adds its own markup on top of that rate. ZupiChat does not. Ask any provider the same question in writing before you sign up.
Which WhatsApp CRM is cheapest in India?
It depends on how many agents you need and whether you need a chatbot. For a five-person team that needs chatbot flows, ZupiChat Enterprise at ₹2,499 a month and Interakt's India Sales CRM plan at ₹2,499 a month are the lowest platform fees among the tools compared here, followed by AiSensy Basic at ₹1,500 plus the ₹2,500 chatbot add-on. For a single user who only sends occasional campaigns, a free or pay-as-you-go plan will beat all of them.
Why is the plan price not the same as my bill?
Three things get added to it. First, Meta's per-message charge, which is usually the largest line on the bill. Second, agent seats beyond the number included in the plan. Third, features sold as add-ons — most often the chatbot builder and the AI agent. Add all three before you compare two tools.
Is a cheaper WhatsApp CRM risky?
The thing to check is not the price but whether the provider runs on the official WhatsApp Cloud API. Unofficial tools that automate the normal WhatsApp app can get your number banned. Every tool on this page uses the official API. Ask for the provider's Meta Business Manager ID and verify it.
How often do these prices change?
Platform prices change a few times a year and Meta's per-message rates changed on 1 October 2026. Every figure on this page was copied from the vendor's own public pricing page on 5 October 2026 and each one is linked. Check the vendor page before you buy.
